WhatsApp released a new version of the app for iOS and this new version improves support for voice calls and new options for discussion groups.
Those of you who are frequently using WhatsApp for voice calls using the Internet connection will probably be thrilled to discover that from now on you can answer new incoming calls even if you’re already engaged in a voice call with someone else. Just like regular mobile phone calls, users will be able to switch between two calls on WhatsApp.
Other improvements were made in the list of talks of the WhatsApp interface and should help you to quickly browse through incoming messages. Also, WhatsApp users with sight problems can now send text messages using the Braille keyboard with the help of the VoiceOver mode.
Privacy wise, WhtasApp for iOS gets new settings with the help of which you can control who can add you to WhatsApp groups. These settings can be found in Settings > Account > Privacy > Groups.
What is important to know, even by blocking requests from users, the admins of the groups can still send you invitations using private messages.
