It is almost impossible to find a perfect phone nowadays, but when you spend more than $1000 to buy a phone such as the iPhone XS or the XS Max, you expect not to deal with the same problems you have when you spend half of that on a phone. But, unfortunately, Apple is disappointing, yet again.
If you’re one of the people who spent a lot of money on buying the latest iPhone smartphone you most likely expect it to work flawlessly. Well, many iPhone users have started to complain that the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max have problems.
According to complaints posted by users on the official Apple forum, the situation is one that is very disturbing and very easy to recreate. Moreover, it affects most iPhone smartphones that are in circulation right now, including iPhone smartphones sold by official Apple stores.
If you’re one of the “lucky” ones who bought the iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max, you will be amazed of how easy it is to make it stutter. We’re not referring to a very demanding game or app, but to a navigation through the interface. From what it seems, the problem reveals itself the moment you have static content on the screen for approximately 10 minutes after which you try to interact with the phone. At that time you will see the phone stuttering.
Although the scenario above is pretty specific, you most likely like to read a news story online or a post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, without interacting with the phone for 10 seconds. If you swipe on the screen after that and you see it stuttering, you will most likely get annoyed.
Some users took things further and went to the closest Apple store to have the phone exchanged but even the new phones they got had that problem.
Up until now Apple has not issued a statement on this problem and it is unclear whether the problem is caused by the hardware or software of the phone.
