According to a Police report, the incident happened back in 1986 when the actor was 40 yeas old and the girl was 16 years old.

Tabloid The Daily Mail has published the copy of a Las Vegas police report showing that in 1986 Sylvester Stallone, who was 40 years old at the time, sexually assaulted a 16 years old girl. The actor was in Las Vegas to shoot “Over the Top”. The contents of the police report has been confirmed by John Samolovitch, one of the detectives who was part of the investigation, who is now retired from the force.

According to the report – and the detective – the young woman was asked in the hotel room of Sylvester Stallone, where she was forced to engage in sexual intercourse with the actor, but also with his bodyguard, Michael De Luca, who passed away in 2013. She wanted to avoid this from becoming public knowledge and didn’t filed charges against Sylvester Stallone because she was “afraid” and claims she was threatened by the actor not to say anything to anyone.

Actor Sylvester Stallone, who is now 71 years old, was not contacted by the Police until now regarding this accusation. Stallone’s publicist told TMZ that this is a trumped up charge, a fake and ridiculous story.
