Just as promised, Electronic Arts publisher and Respawn Entertainment studio have used the Star Wars Celebration convention to unveil the new Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game, a new game that will be placed in the Star Wars universe and so far the rumors turn out to be true: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a third person action adventure game which is going to be released in the fall of this year.
We will play as Cal Kestis, a young padawan who survived the Jedi hunt. Played by actor Cameron Monaghan ( some of you might know him from the Gotham TV series ), Cal takes refuge on the planet Bracca ( a new planet in the Star Wars universe ) where he manages – for a while – to hide from the forces of the Empire.
Forced to run when his secret is discovered, using the powers of the Force to help a friend, Cal has to make new allies, such as mysterious Cere and droid BD-1. In the fight against the Empire, Cal Kestis will also meet known characters of the Star Wars universe.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is built using the Unreal Engine graphics engine and Respawn Entertainment promises we’re going to get all the elements of a quality action adventure game: platforming sequences, puzzles and Star Wars style fighting. Also, the developers focuses on the idea that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was exclusively developed as a single player game and a very good news is the fact that we’re not going to see any microtransactions.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be released on November 15, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC ( through Origin ).
