Mexican police officer who arrested the son of El Chapo Guzman was executed in a parking lot in Culiacan in the Sinaloa province.
The execution took place on Wednesday morning and was caught on camera.
The hitmen sent by El Chapo Guzman to kill the police officer shot 155 bullets in the car driven by the police officer and everything happened in less than 30 seconds!
The victim was a high ranking police officer in Sinaloa. His car was followed by the hitmen in a parking lot of a mall in the capital of Sinaloa. Two men carrying semi-automated weapons approached the vehicle and opened fire.
The police officer who was killed was involved in the arrest of Ovidio Guzman Lopez, the son of “El Chapo” Guzman, the leader of the Sinaloa cartel. That arrest took place on October 17, 2019.
Mexican authorities detained Ovidio in October however the Sinaloa cartel started to retaliate in Culiacan. The authorities asked Ovidio Guzman to call his brother, Ivan Guzman Salazar and demand the attacks stop. Ivan Salazar refused and Ovidio Guzman was released in order to stop the attacks. 13 people were killed during the failed operation.
