If you’re done with GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 and you’re in the mood for playing a new GTA game, well, you might have some reasons to be happy because the GTA VI might have a release date.
Grand Theft Auto is probably one of the most popular names in the gaming industry and one of the best sold gaming series in history. GTA V arrived in 2013 ( almost 6 six years ) and since then we heard little or nothing about the upcoming GTA title.
Rockstar has been very busy with Red Dead Redemption 2 game and now the company has to work on the next big title and it appears to be the GTA VI game.
Details about the next Grand Theft Auto game have appeared on Pastebin, from a person who works for an European gaming studio. That person claims that the developers already received the PlayStation 5 console to build their games.
The same person also revealed a list of games that might be available for the upcoming PlayStation console: Horizon Zero Dawn 2, Grand Turismo 7 ( VR ), PUBG Remastered 4K, Last of Us 2 remastered, Ghost of Tsushima remastered but also Grand Theft Auto VI.
Moreover, it appears that Sony is willing to pay big for an exclusive: GTA VI might be available exclusively for PlayStation for one month and later it will be also available for Xbox.
The PlayStation 5 might be released in March or November of 2020 so GTA VI might also arrive in the fall of 2020 or in the fall or 2011. The story of the game is rumored to take place in two cities: Miami and New York.
The PlayStation 5 gaming console is rumored to pack the Ryzen 8 cores processor, AMD video card and it will support 8K resolution gaming.
Before getting very excited you should consider the fact that these details were made public by an anonymous person. Firstly, it’s hard to believe that PlayStation 5 will arrive in March of 2020 and it is also harder to believe that Rockstar will complete the next GTA game until 2020.
Rockstar has just completed Read Dead Redemption 2 and a game such as GTA VI requires a lot of people, thousands of hours of work and this is why the arrival of GTA VI in the fall of 2021 tends to be more realistic.
Another thing that does not exactly match up in this story is the one month exclusivity period Sony might get. We don’t think Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive are willing to upset the Xbox community just to make a few extra bucks.
