The Samsung Galaxy S8 has every chance of being the most important smartphone of this year, and the release date was officially confirmed by Samsung at the Mobile World Congress 2017.
We’ve seen discussing the launch of the Galaxy S8 for more than half a year now however the official date is close. A new teaser of the new Galaxy S8 has been released at the MWC 2017 by Samsung.
As expected, the rumors were right and the Galaxy S8 was not officially unveiled at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona. However, during a dedicated press conference, Samsung announced three new tablets. Galaxy Tab S3 is the new Android tablet from Samsung, a tablet that packs a design similar to the Galaxy Note 7 which was released last year. Windows fans can be pleased as they’re getting two hybrids from Samsung with a design similar to the Microsoft Surface. These tablets are the Samsung Galaxy Book and they are available with two different screen sizes: 10 and 12 inches.
You should know that the new S Pen is compatible with Windows tablets but also with the new S3 Android tablet.
Regarding the Galaxy S8, Samsung has released a new teaser along with an invitation to a new conference that will take palce at the end of March of 2017.
So, officially, the new Samsung Galaxy S8 will be officially released on March 29, 2017, as it was rumored a few months ago.
The release event of the Galaxy S8 will take place in New York during the Unpacked 2017 event. Some of the features that will come along with the new Samsung is a new virtual assistant, an edge-to-edge display and a virtual button to access the main screen. As a premiere, the new Galaxy S8 will not come with a physical button.
