Spring is coming a bit later for Windows 10 computers after a software bug has been discovered in the final Windows 10 Spring Update build by a few users who got themselves enrolled in the Windows Insider testing program. Because of this bug, Microsoft has delayed the official release date.
Referred by Microsoft as “blocking bug”, the problem discovered just two days before the official release of the Windows 10 Spring Update package only affects a small number of users but the impact is big enough to make Microsoft work on an urgent fix.
Without providing concrete details regarding the nature of the bug, Microsoft decided to delay the Windows 10 Spring Update. Most likely Microsoft will deliver the current 1803 build along with a separate patch that might be installed during the installation process.
Regardless of this delay, Windows 10 Spring Update will be rolled out officially in April of this year.
