avengers endgame

The forth Avengers movie will be premiered in less then one month, during which fans get a lot of news about the movie but especially news about the fate of their beloved superheroes and the ending of the movie. This is completed by predictions made by box office analysts who estimated that Avengers: Endgame will gross approximately $840 million internationally.

If this comes true, it would be new record for the Avengers series because Avengers: Infinity War grossed $640 million internationally in the first weekend and $199,3 more two weeks later. So a total of $839,7 million.

A recent analysis made by Quora shows that there are small chances for the total gross of Endgame to surpass the current leader, Avatar ( $2.7 billion world wide ).

And this because Avengers: Endgame will have some serious box office rivals in the next few months. Detective Pikachu, John Wick 3, Aladdin, Godzilla King of Monsters are going to be premiered in a few months, not to mention Toy Story 4, Dark Phoenix, MiB, Secret Life of Pets 2. Moreover, Avengers: Endgame arrives in movie theaters just a few weeks after Pet Cemetery, Hellboy and Shazam!.

To compare, the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War did not have box office rivals and the movie managed to gross $2.04 billion overall ( the forth highest grossing movie world wide ). As Captain Marvel has a box office success ( $938 million internationally ) and the public interest for Avengers: Endgame is very high, we are sure that the movie is going to make a lot of money but it remains to be seen whether it will surpass the revenue of Infinity War.

Right now, some market analysts estimate that Avengers: Endame will gross between $1.9 – $2.1 billion world wide. The first weekend performance at the box office might only be affected by the fact that Endgame has a longer duration ( 182 minutes compared to 149 minutes of the Infinity War movie ).
